Executive Vice President, Customer Experience Services
Eric Strahm is Galileo’s executive vice president of customer experience services, reporting to CEO Clay Wilkes.
Eric currently leads Galileo’s client support and call center services teams, working closely with clients and internal teams to provide innovative solutions that support clients in achieving best-in-class customer experiences. During his long tenure at Galileo, which he joined in 2007, Eric also has led account management, project management and client support teams to promote client and company growth initiatives.
Prior to Galileo, Eric spent 23 years in the financial services and payments industry in a variety of leadership roles at Deluxe Corporation, John H. Harland and Corporate Express.
Eric holds a BS in finance from Utah State University.
He and his wife have three grown children and four grandchildren.
