Vice President, Customer Experience Services
Eric Strahm is Galileo’s vice president of customer experience services, reporting to CEO Clay Wilkes.
Eric leads Galileo’s customer experience teams, including account management, client support and call center services. In this role, he works closely with clients to provide innovative solutions to help them achieve their strategic objectives.
During his tenure at Galileo, Eric also built and led sales, account management and operations teams to support the company’s and clients’ growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Galileo in 2007, Eric spent 23 years in the financial services and payments industry in a variety of leadership roles at Deluxe Corporation, John H. Harland and Corporate Express.
Eric holds a BS in finance from Utah State University.
He and his wife have three grown children and two grandchildren.
