Chief Financial Officer
Bryan Brooks is Galileo’s chief financial officer, reporting to CEO Clay Wilkes.
As CFO, Bryan is responsible for Galileo’s overall financial strategy and direction, including financial reporting and long-range business planning, as well as overseeing the company’s accounting, finance and human resources functions.
He also provides direction and oversight for the Galileo Platform’s financial controls.
Prior to joining Galileo in 2002, Bryan was a KPMG audit manager, auditing financial statements of small, midsize and large companies in banking, technology, transportation and manufacturing.
A certified public accountant in Utah, Bryan holds an MBA and a BS in accounting from the University of Utah.
Bryan is married with five children and lives in the Salt Lake City area.
