Galileo Processing is seeking an experienced manager to work in our State of the Art call center managing the Activation (Sales) team. |
As a Sales Manager you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Application Enrollment representatives in a Call Center environment. Specifically, you will be involved in developing and motivating agents in the following area, which includes but is not limited to Product Activation, Quality, Job Knowledge, Proprietary Software - Systems, Policy & Procedures, Sales Protocol, Conversion Rate and Dependability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Welcome Team Specialists
- Motivating, Coaching, Developing and Training of employees.
- Managing SPIFF (Sales Compensation Plan)
- Quality Calibrations and representative monitoring.
- Tracking of employee’s time sheets, payroll and PTO (Paid Time Off).
- Interviewing potential Galileo Processing employees.
- Process analysis and improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, monthly snap shots, quarterly reviews and annual appraisals.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one sessions with employees.
- Salary adjustments, promotions, discipline and terminations.
- Handling of all Human Resource related issues under the direction of Human Resource.
- Managing Special Projects as assigned.
- Provide insight and solutions to key business issues.
- Developing and enhancing management processes.
- Assist with departmental statistics.
- Maintaining appropriate business metrics, i.e. Talk Time, Hold Time, Service Level, Average Speed of Answer, Compliance and Wait Time.
- When necessary, oversee training needs: recruiting, hiring and training of internal/external employees. Preparation and development of training materials, including on-going training.
- Conference calls when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Previous working experience in a sales role
- 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager preferred
- Proven ability to drive an increase in performance
- Ability to measure performance using tools and reporting
- Highly energized, self motivated with the ability to motivate others
- 2+ years experience in Call Center environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
